If your company is fined by a regulatory agency solely due to a pest infestation, Blue Diamond Pest Control will reimburse you for the fines paid. Should a customer spot a roach, rat, or mouse in your establishment after 60 days of service, Blue Diamond will: 1) Repay, either you or the customer as appropriate, the reasonable charges incurred by the customer at the time of sighting, and 2) Invite the customer back as Blue Diamond’s guest for a meal, as appropriate. Pest Sighting After Service

If a customer or employee sees a roach, rat, or mouse in your establishment after 60 days of service, Blue Diamond Pest Control will:

  • Compensate: Either reimburse you or the customer, as appropriate, for reasonable charges incurred at the time of the sighting. (See customer agreement for details.)
  • Restore Confidence: Invite the customer back as Blue Diamond’s guest for a complimentary service or product, as appropriate.

Comprehensive Precision Protection® Customers

As a Comprehensive Precision Protection® customer, we support you through every audit and inspection.

Audit Support

In the unlikely event that you fail a third-party safety audit solely due to pest management issues, Blue Diamond Pest Control will:

  • Immediately develop and implement an action plan to address gaps noted by the auditor.
  • Cover the cost for the auditing company to return and re-audit your facility within 60 days of the initial audit.

Conditions

  • Your account must be current and under contract for over 60 days.
  • Your business must comply with sanitation and structural requests as noted on Blue Diamond service reports.
  • Payment to another provider due to unsatisfactory pest control shall not exceed Blue Diamond’s established rates for similar service protocols.
  • Reimbursement will cover expenses incurred on the day/night of the incident and excludes pests not covered by the service contract.
  • Clients must have implemented all recommendations from past Blue Diamond Corrective Action Reports that would impact the audit score.
  • The auditor must note a critical violation or automatic failure associated with the activity of covered pests, or the pest management portion of the audit must be below 80 percent.
